Previously a large Ferreteria or Hardware Store this large building in Arguineguin is now a beautiful ice cream parlour.
Palacio del Sabor (Flavour Palace) has a calming lilac interior with booth style seating, views of the market square and outdoor seating with a huge purple canopy.
Not only does it have a fun decor, but the home made ice creams have a clever spin on them with flavours like Clipper Fresa! We tried this one out, if you enjoy the drink Clipper Fresa (strawberry-ade) then you will love the ice cream version, but there are so many flavours (try the pistachio), not forgetting the crepes!
For those who are lactose intolerant there is the option of sorbet, the strawberry sorbet is especially delicious. If you fancy something savoury then try out one of their XXL burgers! Sandwiches are also on the menu if you want a lighter snack.
This is a lovely place to visit and take a rest from the heat and is close to Plaza Negra the market square. To find it look for the water fountain roundabout on the main road, it’s next door to Syden Eiendom real estate.
